These guys are real professionals - first of all Jonathan knows what he's doing and takes a lot of time to explain the details of the job and how to keep carpets clean afterwards. I'm very happy I went with them: first he was prompt and courteous during initial communication on the quote. Then he did several reminders and coordinated arrival time very well.
My place was just over 1000 feet and it took him a few hours to setup, vacuum, wash and most importantly properly dry the carpets to avoid any problems afterwards. My carpets look so much better and apartment has a new feel to it.
It makes a huge difference to work with someone who is knowledgeable, puts his heart in the business and genuinely wants to take care of clients. I'm ok to pay a bit more for a great job, deal with good people and have assurance if something comes up later that it will be taken care of. Thank you for a great work!
