The guys at cork carpet cleaning are top notch. I called in the morning expecting to get a visit booked for the following week, but they had an opening next day and so I told them to come on by. Sure enough, they showed up roughly when expected, communicated with me clearly to assess what I needed, performed a swift, precise, and thorough cleaning, and charged me a perfectly fair price. When the cleaning was done, I was offered the opportunity to review the work with the gentleman named Adrian Vazquez who performed the cleaning and was wowed by not only his professionalism but also at how well the job had been performed. There were sections of carpet that I thought my my kids had completely ruined with playdoo , yet Cork Carpet Cleaning brought them back to life. This experience has brightened my week and I will definitely be calling Cork again in the future. Two thumbs up, for sure.

My handyman had bought a carpet cleaner, and I'd had a couple of tough years as a landlady. So it had been several years since I'd used Cork Carpet Cleaning. And boy, what a difference! The tenants noticed immediately and all thanked me for having Cork back. A stain that I'd thought was permanent actually disappeared. After struggling through horrible phone trees to lock down a time to get our carpets cleaned with other well known Bay Area enterprises, Jonathan from Cork Carpet Cleaning was an actual person who coordinated a very convenient time without any hassle. His friendly crew got stains outand really made our old place shine. And it smelled pleasant after the cleaning. We should have done this more often. He was professional and never made me feel rushed. I was having such a great experience that I asked about hardwood floor refinishing. I was given a quote for the work I was requesting and with that reasonable quote we went under contract. I can tell you each person I have communicated with has been professional, kind and I’d say family like. On time, clean, respectful, honest & forth coming with all my requests. This is the most thorough and most professional sofa cleaning I’ve had in the 9 years I’ve owned the sofa.The tech went over his work twice to ensure it was clean.My dog had left more dirt and grime than I could see.As a first time customer I received a discount and decided to add a pet deodorizer.The job was thorough and the tech very customer oriented and educational.Ill choose Cork again.The technician is Viktor.

I needed a lot of professional cleaning, including 20+ windows, before open house. Jonathan and Jennifer visited the 3-story house to provide initial estimates and were able to answer all my questions. They followed up with a very detailed, modular quote that simplified my selection process, i.e. easy to confirm or drop a specific service. Jonathan and five team members showed up on time on the day of cleaning. They were methodical and thorough; Jennifer discovered the dryer exhaust has been disconnected for some time but the dryer and surrounding area looked brand new after she was done. The living space was tiled and many pieces, as well as the adjacent grout, was blackened over the years. Yet Jonathan was able to restore all the tiles to the original shine. All the windows, with some having 3 panels, and the window screens were all spotless. Amazing experience with Cork and I would definitely hire them again!
